FAVBET categorically and unequivocally rejects all allegations of any connection to the aggressor state. Claims about “control by Russian citizens” or the alleged possession of a Russian passport by the company’s owner (beneficial owner) are entirely false. These fabricated accusations are being disseminated exclusively to exert pressure on the company. The sole shareholder of FAVBET is a Ukrainian citizen — Andrii Matiukha.

FAVBET is a Ukrainian group of companies founded and fully controlled by a Ukrainian citizen. FAVBET does not operate in any hostile jurisdictions and strictly complies with Ukrainian sanctions legislation as well as all relevant norms of international law.

We emphasize that FAVBET is a licensed operator acting in full accordance with Ukrainian legislation and meeting all financial monitoring requirements. The company pays all applicable taxes and fees and has consistently remained one of the largest taxpayers in the industry for several consecutive years.

Despite deliberate interference in our operations and the unlawful blocking of payment infrastructure — primarily driven by the actions of Danylo Hetmantsev — all FAVBET client funds remain fully protected and entirely secure. They are held in designated accounts within Ukrainian banking institutions. The company is taking all necessary measures both to safeguard client rights and to restore stable service operations. All funds will be returned under any scenario.

The Group has also identified the circulation of fake mailings, rumors, and so-called “leaks” falsely alleging an illegal relaunch of FAVBET operations. This information is untrue and contradicts the fundamental principles of the Group. Furthermore, fake text messages may be sent purporting to be from the company. We ask you to be vigilant and not to trust suspicious messages.
