Founded in 2018, Wtech is now the largest international community for women in tech business, with over 7,000 members across more than 30 countries. At the core of the community is a global team of over 100 volunteers who work daily to grow the network and support its members.

The collaboration with Wtech & Friends is a logical continuation of the company’s consistent strategy to support women’s leadership, develop the Ukrainian IT industry, and strengthen the tech community.

According to the results of 2024, the company was ranked among the top 50 largest product IT companies in Ukraine by DOU. [The AI Committee, a new initiative from the IT Ukraine Association](https://itukraine.org.ua/asotsiatsiya-it-ukraine-startuye-robotu-ai-komitetu/), brings together leading technology companies to advance artificial intelligence in Ukraine. The committee’s general partner is FAVBET Tech — a company that actively invests in AI technologies and supports initiatives aimed at strengthening the country’s IT ecosystem.


The AI Committee was created to consolidate the efforts of industry leaders in the field of artificial intelligence, promote the sector’s strategic development, and address key challenges facing the industry. As part of its work, the committee will host strategic sessions, roundtable discussions, and market research to develop a roadmap for AI sector growth in Ukraine.

**The selection of committee participants will take place from March 28 to April 28, 2025.**
