FAVBET Tech Continues Its Partnership with Wtech to Empower Women in the Tech Industry

Ukrainian IT company FAVBET Tech continues to support the women’s community Wtech and the Wtech & Friends program. This initiative aims to foster female leadership in the tech industry and create greater opportunities for women by partnering with leading market players.

With the support of FAVBET Tech, the Wtech community plans to implement joint initiatives focused on empowering women in the tech environment. The company will continue to participate in the community’s educational, networking, and mentorship projects, as well as engage in events and support Wtech’s international growth.

Founded in 2018, Wtech is now the largest international community for women in tech business, with over 7,000 members across more than 30 countries. At the core of the community is a global team of over 100 volunteers who work daily to grow the network and support its members.

The collaboration with Wtech & Friends is a logical continuation of the company’s consistent strategy to support women’s leadership, develop the Ukrainian IT industry, and strengthen the tech community.

According to the results of 2024, the company was ranked among the top 50 largest product IT companies in Ukraine by DOU. FAVBET Tech is actively contributing to the development of Ukraine’s tech ecosystem and is a member of the IT Ukraine Association, with which it co-initiated the creation of Ukraine’s first AI committee. Additionally, the company is among the top five largest taxpayers among Diia.City residents.
